IMPORTANT!

It is necessary to be at least 18 years old, have good general health, a stable weight and realistic expectations for the result.

Patients with chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes or autoimmune conditions should discuss their condition with the treatment team.

Before the operation, a detailed consultation is held, during which the plastic surgeon will discuss all questions, possibilities and expectations.

Informed consent is a mandatory document that contains a detailed description of the procedure, possible risks and complications, anesthesia and financial conditions. It is signed after careful familiarization and the opportunity to ask questions to the plastic surgeon or anesthesiologist.

How does facelift surgery work?

Face listing is carried out through precise and gentle techniques tailored to the individual anatomy of each patient.

1

Technique and methods of the operation

The incisions are located in the hairy part of the head and around the aurilobe, which allows excellent access to deep structures with the most discreet scars. During the operation, the musculoskeletal-aponeurotic structures (SMAS) are lifted and fixed, which provides a long-lasting and natural result, and not just stretching the skin. Excess skin is carefully removed without disturbing the natural expression of the face. If necessary, the procedure can be combined with a neck lift, blepharoplasty or lipofilling for complete rejuvenation.

2

Anesthesia and Downtime

The operation is performed under general anesthesia. Its duration is usually between 3 and 5 hours, depending on the scope of the correction. After the intervention, a stay in a hospital for observation for a period of 24 hours is required. At the end of the operation, a bandage is applied and drains are possible, which are removed in the first days. The incisions are closed with fine stitches, and the scars become almost imperceptible over time.

Recovery - what to expect after surgery?

The recovery period after a facelift surgery is individual and may vary from patient to patient.
