The surgical incision is located on the inside of the upper armpit, and its length varies according to the degree of skin excess – usually from the armpit to the elbow. Through a combination of liposuction and excision, excess fat and skin tissue is removed to achieve an optimal and balanced result.
After forming the new contour, the incisions are closed with absorbable threads, and the tissues are fixed so as to ensure a stable and long-lasting shape.
